Crescofy

Multi-tenant CRM & inventory-intelligence platform

A production SaaS platform serving several businesses from one codebase, with complete data isolation per tenant, real-time ERP sync and ML forecasting that tells each business what to reorder and when.

  • Tenant isolation with idempotent request handling, so concurrent writes never duplicate a transaction
  • Faster hot endpoints through ORM annotations and subqueries plus Redis caching
  • ML engine that predicts purchase quantities and expected reorder dates
  • One source of truth across Sage 100 ERP, PostgreSQL and SQL Server
Architecture & hardest problem

Architecture. Django and DRF with tenant-aware middleware, Celery workers for reports and scheduled jobs, Redis for caching and queues, and two databases (PostgreSQL and SQL Server). Containerised with Docker on GCP.

Hardest problem. Keeping tenant isolation airtight while keeping it fast, and still allowing cross-tenant admin analytics.

InjuriaTrack

Serverless legal & healthcare case management

A fully serverless platform on AWS that takes admin work off injury law firms. It handles cases, medical records and lawyer–client messaging in real time, with HIPAA-aligned security throughout.

  • Zero servers to manage: Lambda behind API Gateway for REST and WebSocket traffic
  • Least-privilege access with Cognito roles and fine-grained IAM policies
  • Real-time lawyer–client chat over WebSockets and instant case alerts through SNS
  • Lower latency from a redesigned DynamoDB schema and partition keys
Architecture & hardest problem

Architecture. API Gateway (REST and WebSocket) routes to Python Lambda functions. Case data lives in DynamoDB and documents in S3, with Cognito for identity, SNS for notifications, and audit logging and centralised error handling throughout.

Hardest problem. Handling data in a HIPAA-aligned way in a stateless, serverless environment while keeping real-time updates.

Architecture. Django REST Framework modules on PostgreSQL, consumed by a React and Tailwind dashboard. The codebase is structured so AI analytics modules can be added later.

Hardest problem. A data model flexible enough for varied business workflows without needing a schema per client.

AI Backend Assistant

RAG-powered knowledge engine

Lets teams ask questions in plain English across their databases and document stores. It builds on RAG pipelines, natural-language-to-query translation and PDF semantic search that I've already shipped in production.

Architecture. FastAPI with streamed responses, an LLM orchestration layer, and a retriever over a vector store, PostgreSQL and ingested PDFs.

    I own backend services for two client platforms: a multi-tenant SaaS CRM (Crescofy) and a serverless healthcare and legal system (InjuriaTrack).

I'm Parthiv, a backend engineer who gets excited by the complexity behind the curtain.
